• The guest must be aged between 12 and 65 years. Riders under 18 years must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian on the appointed date. You must have a minimum height of 130 cm, weight 50-100 kg, and be in a healthy medical condition.
• Comfortable clothing and closed shoes are recommended. Attire like skirts, dresses, flip flops, or loose footwear is not allowed. Hair should be tied up large accessories like earrings, bracelets and neckpieces should be avoided. Keeping the local culture in mind, decent outfits are recommended.
• Small lockers are available at the venue to store small articles such as handbags, wallets, keys, and mobile phones. Larger items, however, should be avoided. Kindly empty the locker after completing your ride as we have limited storage space.
• You will have a camera attached to your helmet throughout the ride. Personalized videos and photos will be sent to your registered email id.
• Pregnant ladies are not allowed to take the ride.
• You must not be under the influence of drugs, alcohol or any other intoxicating substance that may impair judgment ( medicines)
• The guest should not be suffering from severe physical or mental disorders that restrict him from completing the physical and mental tasks required through the ride.
• The guest should not have any medical conditions that may need immediate medical supervision
• XDUBAI will not refund the amount paid for canceled bookings under any circumstances.
