This unique horseshoe-shaped beach is one of the premier beaches of Sri Lanka. Hiri beach is really a hidden gem for biking, walking, and swimming. There are some attractions too nearby, you can visit Wewurkannala Vihara, Galle Fort, Dondra Lighthouse or National park.
3-Trincomalee Beach:
This beach is truly a perfect place for paradise lovers. It offers beautiful white sands and is one of the best beaches of Sri Lanka. Trincomalee is also famous for Whale watching. Their Whale watching season runs from March-August.
There is also a Hindu temple located near the beach. Trincomalee is surrounded by wildlife, hilltops and rock formations.
4-Unawatuna:
Unawatuna is one of the famous beaches in Sri Lanka you should be visiting. This wide stretched beach offers some good swimming opportunities and great food too. On the west side of the beach, there are stairs and rocks which will lead you to a small hill where you can spend some time checking out the view and relaxing. Unawatuna also offers a wide collection of accommodation and you will find many options according to your budget.

5-Weligama Beach:
This beach is one of the most luxurious beaches in Sri Lanka. It’s a famous surfing spot because of the lack of sharks on this side of the sea and is a great place for you if you want to indulge in some athletic activities.
